New campaign
One event, invited to a list. The join link is what the guest clicks from their calendar entry.
A plain email a few days ahead, from the same mailbox. Raising inbox placement is the whole point: the invitation then arrives second, from a sender the mailbox has already seen.
Sender mailboxes
Each mailbox submits the invitation over SMTP and its inbox is read for replies. The same cPanel password does both.
Add a mailbox
Re-adding an address rotates its password and clears any disabled state. Deauthorize disables a sender and erases its stored credential.
Opt-outs
Nobody on this list is ever invited again, by any campaign or domain.
